Responsibilities

• Analyse existing brand, update existing persona, pivot and reposition ARTISANS' brand strategy post-pandemic, including competitor analysis update, consumer persona update, update brand strategy, and analyse e-commerce data.

• Design and strategise communication across media with a focus on creating brand consistency across social media. Visual analysis of Instagram and create a social media checklist.

• Update a new feature of the subscription model called "Friends of ARTISANS'".
